2. USD Digital Token
USD Digital Token (USDTD) is a TRC-20 digital token developed for use within the USD Digital platform ecosystem and compatible blockchain-based services.

- Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 USDTD
- Decimals: 6
Users should always verify the contract address before interacting with USDTD.
3. Platform Utility
USDTD is intended to support functions within the USD Digital ecosystem, which may include platform settlement, digital services, user rewards and other supported platform functionality.
Available functionality may evolve as the platform develops.
4. No Affiliation with Tether
USD Digital and USDTD are independent from Tether, USD₮ and Tether Holdings Limited.
The USDTD symbol and USD Digital Token name should not be interpreted as representing official USDT, Tether USD₮ or any product issued by Tether.
5. Token Value
References to “USD” in the name USD Digital Token do not by themselves represent a guarantee of a fixed exchange rate, redemption value or collateral backing.
Where USDTD is available through third-party markets or decentralized protocols, market values may vary.
6. Blockchain Risks
Blockchain technology and digital assets involve technical and operational risks.
These may include network congestion, transaction fees, smart-contract risks, wallet compromise, software errors, third-party failures and changes in blockchain infrastructure.
7. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying wallet addresses, token contract addresses and transaction details before authorizing blockchain transactions.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed.
8. Wallets and Private Keys
Users remain solely responsible for maintaining control of their blockchain wallets, private keys and recovery phrases.
USD Digital does not require users to provide their private keys or wallet recovery phrases.
9. Third-Party Services
The USD Digital ecosystem may interact with third-party wallets, blockchain explorers, decentralized exchanges and other independent blockchain services.
Such services are operated independently and USD Digital does not control their availability, policies, security or functionality.
10. No Guarantee of Availability
USD Digital does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, platform, blockchain networks or third-party integrations.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the USD Digital platform develops or as operational and regulatory requirements change.
